Head of School

I am excited to serve as your new Head of School beginning in the 2022-2023 school year!  I have 30 years of experience that I am ready to share with you as we learn and grow together.  I am a firm believer that reading is the key to success.  It is the foundation of all learning.  I believe that all students can learn and achieve excellence.   I also believe that it takes more than just academics to build a well-rounded student.  I believe that athletics, agriculture and the arts are places where your child can grow and shine in their talents.  Leaders are not just born, but are taught skills and thrive and flourish in the right environment.  I want to provide a safe environment where your child succeeds.

I began my teaching career at Vienna Elementary almost thirty years ago.  Within that time, I have taught students in kindergarten through college.  I have obtained multiple degrees and certifications.  My final degree is my doctorate that I obtained through Columbus State University.  I am a certified Gifted and Talented teacher but my heart belongs with the struggling learner.  I also hold a National Board Certification.  I have been a school administrator for 17 years.  I opened an elementary school and planned staff development based on the latest research and best practices of teaching and learning.  I met with parents, students, and teachers to provide a positive environment.  I was also testing administrator for my building and served in many other areas as well.

I am married to my husband Bill.  We have been married for 17 years.  We have four children.  The oldest Will and his wife Samantha live in Macon and are both in graduate school.  The middle child Kathryn is a senior at University of Georgia planning to graduate this spring.  Our youngest, Ellis, will be beginning middle school this year at Fullington.  We love football and traveling when we can.  We look forward to being a part of your FAmily!

Sincerely,

Dr. Rose Ellis Campbell

Dean of Students

We want to welcome our new Dean of Students, Mr. Matt Loafman, to the Fullington family. Mr. Matt has been the pastor/teacher in our weekly chapel services this year and has done a phenomenal job making connections and teaching the Bible in practical ways to our students. We are confident that his presence on campus will have a positive impact on the entire FAmily.

A quick bio on Mr. Matt: He received his bachelors from Hillsdale College in History and master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Administration.
He has worked as a teacher, Head Coach, Athletics Administrator, and Principal in 5 and 6A schools in both Oklahoma and Texas prior to moving to Georgia in 2021.
He has also served as Pastor for the last 11 years and is currently the Pastor at Henderson Baptist in Elko.
He and his wife Randi have been married for 15 years and she is 3rd-grade teacher at Quail Run in Warner Robins. They have 8 children ranging from ages 1 to 14.

“I am so glad to be a part of this wonderful community here at Fullington, and I am amazed daily at our wonderful kids and staff. It is truly an honor to be affiliated with this great school.”
